THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Team Member specifically in Metal Processing based in Cromwell. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team - reporting to the Operations Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines
  • Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirements
  • General housekeeping activities
  • Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
  • Contribute to tool box and team meetings
  • Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in setting up and operating manufacturing machinery
  • Experience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essential
  • Essential - Forklift Licence
  • Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
  • A commitment to producing quality products
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
