We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Roofing Scheduler & Coordinator to join our Hervey Bay team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with both customers and contractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Submit roofing plans to our estimating team.
• Prepare and finalise quotes for domestic supply and fit roofing projects.
• Communicate with customers and process roofing orders.
• Liaise with Site Supervisors and subcontractors to support on-site project delivery.
• Ensuring schedules for roofing works are met.
• Achieving the timelines required by our customers.
• Uphold and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Opportunity to grow into a supervisor or on-site project role.

ABOUT YOU

• Knowledge of the building and/or roofing industry.
• Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure and solutions focused.
• A team player with a strong work ethic.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a White card.
