THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Sales team member based in our Ferntree Gully store. This is a full time role reporting to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
• Designing and selling of Stratco products
• Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
• Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
• Collaboration with team members, other stores and departments and projects as required
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

• Essential – Computer and data entry skills
• Essential – Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
• Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience and create brand loyalty
