We are looking for a motivated, driven person to join us as a Sales Cadet! This is an entry-level position that is ideal for someone who is seeking a long-term career in a supportive company. The successful applicant will have the desire to progress to eventually be out on the road working as part of our Trades Sales Team.

To begin, you will be working from our corporate Head Office at Gepps Cross, developing your product knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, processing orders and collaborating with our external sales team.

Once you have developed this foundation, you will have ongoing training and development to learn the world of sales from our experienced team, who will mentor and coach you to achieve your goals.

Duties will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to our customers
• High volume of communication via phone and email
• Processing and entering orders
• Continual learning and developing product knowledge
• Liaising with manufacturing and logistics teams, as well as field trade sales team members
• Learning our functions and systems, including operations, customer service and administration

• Experience gained within building products/materials will be an advantage
• Driver’s licence is essential
