We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on supervisor who leads by example and can communicate at all levels. This is a sought-after role for a "can do" individual, with a customer first mindset. 

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures
• Oversee the production team
• Provide as required general customer service
• Ensure all customer orders are picked, scheduled, loaded and delivered on time and in full
• Hands on goods receiving
• Conduct toolbox and team meetings
• Locating finished goods and loading vehicles
• Stock management - cyclical counts, proactive ordering and stocktaking
