Are you a sheetmetal or fabrication professional looking to step off the tools and into a more customer-focused, technical role?

  • Liaise with workshop and production teams to ensure smooth job flow

About You

  • At least 3 years of relevant sheet-metal experience or a similar level of skill gained through a qualification in Industrial Design, Engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Background in Sheetmetal, fabrication or welding (trade or hands on experience essential)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings including SolidWorks models
  • Experience with BOMs, estimating, or job costing (highly regarded)
  • Good communication skills—comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

In return for your high level of personal integrity, professional approach, passion and of course, an outstanding work ethic, you'll be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package of between $80,000 and $90,000 per annum, based on a 40-hour week.   You will also work on diverse, leading-edge projects, a collaborative, no BS team culture, and ongoing career development opportunities.
