Collaborating within a close-knit, dynamic team with national reach, you will be instrumental in crafting an exceptional employee experience at Stratco. In this role, you will deliver operational, high-impact HR and recruitment solutions that are both consistent and reliable, driving performance and fostering a thriving organisational culture. Your role will involve working closely with various stakeholders across Stratco to understand their needs, provide guidance on HR matters, and facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction. You’ll also be instrumental in driving HR best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES - Play a key role in ensuring that new team members have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
- Support a range of HR related projects, driving their execution from conception to completion.
- End-to-end recruitment across Australia and NZ, encompassing blue collar through senior roles
- Identify areas for performance improvement and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing individual team effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive HR support and advice.
ABOUT YOU - Highly developed communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Relevant HR qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
