THE OPPORTUNITY 

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Trade Counter Sales Team Member based in Pambula. This position involves working as part of our collaborative sales team - reporting to the Branch Manager.

As a key member of the Pambula Showroom you will often be a key point of contact with our customers. In this role you will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

This role will be varied and involve a range of sales support and order entry assistance to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assisting customers to find innovative solutions to problems using Stratco products and materials
• Growing sales
• Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
• Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
• Order entry
• Sales support to the team as required
• Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required 
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment 

ABOUT YOU

• Excellent communication skills
• An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to provide solutions to customers
• Proven sales experience
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
