We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise our end-to-end operational performance at our Bunbury manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong manufacturing background, and proven experience in logistics and distribution.

Your mandate  

You will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring the seamless flow of products from production through to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and service. Your broader scope of responsibility will include:  

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
• Optimise production planning, inventory management, and supply chain performance
• Oversee logistics and distribution operations to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery
• Lead, coach, and develop operational and production teams to build a high-performance culture
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic growth and operational scalability

The individual

We’re looking for an energetic, focussed Operations Manager with proven experience in a manufacturing environment ideally complimented with a hands-on grasp of Lean manufacturing principles. Logistics and distribution experience is essential, along with the ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop. This role will appeal to an analytical, commercially sharp, and naturally proactive individual.
