ABOUT STRATCO

Based at our modern, Gepps Cross manufacturing facility, we have an opportunity for a motivated, hardworking and professional tradesperson who has a strong work ethic to join our Engineering team. You'll be given diverse scope to take on a variety of fabrication and assembly projects, along with; 

• Lathe and mill work, cutting, drilling.
• Commissioning and installation of roll forming and other sheet metal equipment.
• Fabrication and assembly of proprietary manufacturing equipment.
• Welding and fabricating medium to heavy sub-structures and components, and assembly.
• Assistance with R&D activities
• Adherence to Stratco's safety and associated policies and procedures. 

ABOUT YOU

With a passion for your profession, we're looking for an individual demonstrating;

• Formal trade qualification in Fitting & Turning or Toolmaking.
• Experience in a toolroom environment.
• Commitment to producing quality products.
• Manual machining and fitting experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work to high tolerances.
• Experience welding of different types.
