The difference you’ll make  

Becoming part of the Stratco operations family, your role will include:

• Operating metal folding, roll forming, and pressing machinery with precision and care
• Manufacturing products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Working collaboratively across teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture
• Participating in toolbox talks and team meetings
• Championing workplace safety by following critical safety procedures and helping maintain a safe working environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a machine operator/production worker
• Whilst advantageous to have experience with sheet metal equipment — especially roll formers, folders, and press brakes, it’s not essential.
• FLT licence preferred, but not essential
• A reliable team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
• A practical problem solver, who can think on their feet
