We’re on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on team player to join our Gepps Cross Retail Store. If you enjoy helping customers, and being part of a fast-moving environment, you’ll fit right in.

This is a hybrid role where no two days are the same — you’ll be front-of-house with customers one minute, then out the back keeping stock moving and orders on track the next. Your mission? Make sure every customer drives away with exactly what they need, on time, every time.

What you’ll be doing

• Be the friendly face in our pick-up area — greeting customers and getting their orders sorted quickly and smoothly
• Load vehicles safely and efficiently (forklift work involved)
• Pick, pack and prepare orders so they’re ready to go when customers arrive
• Keep stock moving — shifting materials around the yard and store
• Work with teammates and other departments to solve problems and keep things running smoothly
• Jump in and help across the store wherever needed
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organised

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box — attitude and work ethic matter most. Whether you’ve worked in retail, trades, warehousing, or as a handyman, we want to hear from you.

• Comfortable dealing with customers and providing great service
• Practical, hands-on, and not afraid of a bit of physical work
• Forklift licence (or keen to get one)
• Able to stay organised and keep pace in a busy environment
• A problem-solver who takes pride in getting things done right
• Team-focused with a strong commitment to safety
