Looking for an opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer and retailer of premium building products? Then look no further, our Gepps Cross headquarters is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Operator to join our team! You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse functions. If you are well-organised, have an eye for detail and a safety-first approach, this could be the ideal role for you. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working day shift, Monday to Friday (between 7:00am to 3.00pm), with overtime when required. DUTIES INCLUDE: - Take on a variety of warehousing tasks to contribute to our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently.
- Receive inwards goods, store products and keep the warehouse organised.
- Stock management, rotating stock and updating inventory systems.
- Picking orders, use handheld scanners to accurately locate and pick items from the warehouse.
- Packing orders carefully, using appropriate materials to ensure products arrive safely to customers.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workstation free of hazards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Adhere to our critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: - Current Driver’s Licence (essential).
- Forklift Licence and experience (essential).
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Team player and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physically fit and able to meet the requirements of the role.
