Based at St Agnes, your role will provide administration and reception function to Antelco and Lincoln Plastics clients and employees. This will include:

• Providing order processing, communication and a range of administrative assistance to the Administration Manager.
• Providing an admin service which includes Daily Operating Reports, and entry of customer orders/sales invoices.
• Welcoming visitors, determining the nature of their requirements and actioning accordingly.
• Provide support and consulting with freight forwarders and employees to fulfil export documentation.
• Acting as the organisations first point of call in a receptionist's capacity, both in person and over the telephone.

This presents as an opportunity for an admin "whiz" and professional receptionist who can demonstrate:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience gained in a similar role
• Intermediate PC and Excel skills
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Outstanding presentation.
