Stratco has been providing quality manufacturing, retail and installation solutions to the New Zealand and Australian markets for over 70 years, and are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join the team. With a fantastic future in the New Zealand building market, and due to a growing demand, this is your opportunity to be involved in an exciting and developing trade.

Based at our Christchurch location, the installer will work as part of a dedicated installation crew, responsible for the installation of louvre roofs and shutters around the region.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, builders, architects and other trades as required to ensure that installation projects run smoothly and with clear and regular communication
• Act as the contact for installation related matters in the absence of the Head Installer
• Assist other team members to ensure a high quality of installation occurs
• Collaborate with our supportive team ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

Now, what are we looking for you may ask?

We're looking for an enthusiastic team player, and a person possessing some practical technical experience gained in joinery or aluminum/fabrication sectors. In addition, our environment requires;

• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality
• A valid NZ driver's licence
• Reliability and punctuality
• Whilst not crucial, any experience gained in a similar role within the roofing or louvre sector an advantage.
