Your next chapter 

Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Fyshwick retail store team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers. You’ll blend customer service savvy with product know-how, ensuring shoppers find exactly what they need! 

 

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass: 

  • Providing excellent customer service  
  • Guiding customers through the design process 
  • Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, maintaining store stock levels 
  • Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly 
  • General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable 
  • Participation in training and personal development sessions 
  • Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment 

 

The individual 

Becoming part of the Stratco retail family, we are looking for a person with:  

  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills 
  • Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales) 
  • Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster 
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy 
  • Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process 
  • Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
