THE OPPORTUNITY Stratco is seeking a motivated, sales‑focused team member to join our Retail Call Centre team. This full‑time, permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys phone‑based sales, provides reliable customer service, and works effectively with internal teams to process and fulfil customer orders. You will manage telephone sales, enter orders accurately, retail store phone overflow and liaise with internal sales, manufacturing, and despatch teams. The role operates on a rotating Saturday roster, with no Sunday or evening work. If you want it even leaner or more sales‑driven, say the word and I’ll sharpen it further. RESPONSIBILITIES - Customer interaction and relationship building by email and over the phone
- Designing and selling of Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales - processing and entering orders
- Commitment to continual growth, learning & training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU - Essential – Computer and data entry skills
- Essential - Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets

- Essential – Availability to work every second Saturday - 9am to 2pm
- Desirable – Experience in building industry or manufacturing
