We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Retail Design & Sales Team, based at our Mandurah branch. This role combines customer engagement, design consulting and hands-on retail responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

•  Using our Stratco Design programs your will support and guide customers through our selection, design and sales process
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop solutions that meet our customers’ needs
• Work closely with the Store Manager and State Retail Manager to develop your technical and product-based knowledge
• Undertake a robust learning and development program to support your professional development
• Take a pride in your store, participating with the inventory team to always be in stock
• Contribute to the Stratco “Return Home Safe” program of building safety into everyday activities

What We’re Looking For

•  Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Previous retail and/or building industry experience preferred
• The ability to provide solutions and drive sales
• Competent with software systems
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain
