Now, we’re looking for an exceptional Group Sales & Marketing Manager to take the reins of our commercial engine and accelerate our next phase of growth. The Opportunity Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will sit at the heart of the business—leading strategic planning initiatives, forecasting market trends, identifying emerging opportunities that elevate brand, expand markets, and deliver sustained revenue growth. From boardroom strategy to boots-on-the-ground execution, you’ll be the driving force behind Antelco’s global success. What You’ll Do - Architect Growth: Design and deliver innovative global sales and marketing strategies that push boundaries and outperform targets
- Strategic Financial Management: Achieve financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets and analysing variances to ensure ROI
- Expand Horizons: Identify and capitalise on new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels worldwide
- Brand Stewardship: Coordinate the creation of all marketing collateral, and Champion a compelling, consistent global brand presence across digital, trade, and customer touchpoints
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market share and competitor activity to proactively adjust Antelco’s market positioning
- Influence at the Highest Level: Partner with executive leadership to shape business direction and commercial priorities
- Be the Face of Antelco: Represent the brand on the global stage at key industry events and with strategic partners
Who You Are You’re a commercially astute, hands-on strategic Sales & Marketing professional with a passion for growth and a reputation for delivering results. You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and thrive in a fast-moving, globally connected environment. - Proven success in senior sales & marketing leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, irrigation, or industrial sectors
- A global mindset with experience navigating international markets and distribution networks
- A natural leader who inspires performance, accountability, and innovation
- Sharp analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
- An exceptional communicator and relationship builder at all levels
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA advantageous)
