Are you a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator, looking for a fresh challenge where your skills genuinely make an impact? Stratco is a proudly privately owned Australasian business with over 75 years of excellence in innovation, manufacturing, and customer service within the building industry, with an expanding presence across Australia, New Zealand, and select international markets. At Stratco, manufacturing is our foundation, but our people are our future. Based in Cromwell, and as a result of our ongoing growth, you’ll play a key role in providing scheduling, communication and administrative support for our supply and install fascia, gutter and roofing operations. You’ll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and customers to ensure projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion. In addition, your scope of variety will encompass; - Liaising with customers and roofing supervisors to schedule installs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Prepare project documentation, schedules, reports, and order-processing records.
- Maintain accurate data within project management systems.
- Assist with the allocation of projects to contractors.
- Provide assistance to contractor pre-qualification and maintain fixer safety and compliance requirements.
As your experience grows, you’ll be given the opportunity to plan project installations, which will encompass reviewing/completing take offs, keying material orders, and allocating projects, taking a lead role in coordinating fascia, gutter and downpipe installation. Accordingly, we’re looking for someone who’s not just organised, but genuinely thrives in a busy, project-led environment. Ideally, you’ll have; - Solid administrative experience, preferably in a project-based, manufacturing, construction, or technical environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Refined communication skills, both written and verbal — you’ll be liaising with internal teams, customers, and contractors on a daily basis.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with project management or ERP systems is highly desirable.
