- Plan and lead internal and external audits, confidently navigating compliance requirements.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive practical, effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure quality documentation is clear, relevant, and actually used—not just filed away.
- Coach and support teams to build capability and ownership of quality processes.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on quality performance, turning insights into action.
About You You’re not just a quality expert—you’re a doer. You’re comfortable moving between strategy and the shop floor, and you take pride in making systems work in the real world. - Proven experience in a Quality Systems Manager or similar role within manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and quality frameworks.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to engage directly with teams and processes.
- Practical problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communicator who can influence, coach, and build trust across all levels.

At Davin Industries, you’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary package and the opportunity to step into a role where your impact is tangible from day one.
