Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time Customer Service Officer to join our Bundaberg Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships both face to face and over the phone to become an integral part of our growing team.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build new relationships with builders and trade accounts
• Face to face sales and marketing
• Retail sales and over the counter sales
• Respond to email and phone enquiries
• Quoting and ordering
• General office duties as required

Skills & Attributes:

• Sales experience within the building industry
• Metal roofing sales and product knowledge an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused (Internal and External)
• Great work ethic and a team player
• Good mathematical skills
• MS Office proficiency
