We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer with CAD experience to join our dynamic team. This role blends front-line customer support with technical drawing responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and design.

You’ll be the key link between our customers, sales team, and production, ensuring orders are accurate, achievable, and delivered to a high standard.

 Broader responsibility includes:

• Deliver exceptional customer services via phone, email and in person enquiries
• Prepare technical drawings using 2D & 3D CAD software
• Processing customer orders and quotes accurately, and respond to customer queries
• Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow
• Undertake all duties and responsibilities in a safe and responsible manner

The individual

We’re looking for a customer focused professional with a technical mindset, with your experience encompassing competency in utilising 2D &3D CAD software. Your exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail will of course be second nature!

Whilst not essential, any experience gained from within engineering, manufacturing or construction sectors will be viewed favourably.
