Laser3D is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. 

We are now seeking a conscientious and detail-oriented Data Entry Officer. This permanent, part-time role (9am–3pm or similar) is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision and thrives in a fast-paced, close-knit environment. If you have strong administrative skills and a real eye for detail, this could be the ideal role for you! Broader responsibilities include:

• Receiving orders, keying into Laser 3D systems and assisting order distribution to relevant stakeholders
• Raising purchase orders on external suppliers (such as powder coaters, galvanisers) and liaising to confirm job status
• Coordinating the collection and delivery of goods from Laser 3D to suppliers
• Input and update job orders
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure correct job details

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Proven experience in data entry and administrative roles
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Dependable and consistent, with a strong sense of accountability
• An outstanding team player!
