THE OPPORTUNITY

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Commercial Sales Representative, created through internal promotion and ongoing expansion. Joining our highly skilled Commercial & Industrial team, you will work alongside a motivated wider trade group and collaborate closely with our Architectural Specifications Representative. Reporting to the Commercial Business Development Manager.

This role focuses on delivering solutions to Commercial and Industrial construction clients, leveraging an extensive range of market-leading products and new exclusive offerings. We provide comprehensive technical training, structured sales development training, and ongoing mentoring to ensure your success.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
  • Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling
  • Growing sales, Identifying new product and market opportunities
  • Preparing project quotations and sales proposals and securing projects
  • Maintaining, CRM, Sales reports, and project registers
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as required.
  • Strict adherence to our national critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment.

ABOUT YOU

  • A proven sales track record, preferably in the building industry
  • Be honest, self-motivated and have a passion to be successful in Sales
  • Ability to be on the road, manage your appointments and competing priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members to secure wins for the business.
  • Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
