Working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of the Geraldton retail store team and will often be the key point of contact with our customers. As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll help drive daily operations, motivate a high-energy team, and keep the store running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll blend customer service savvy with product know-how, ensuring shoppers find exactly what they need!

Broadly, your responsibilities will also encompass:

• Face to face, telephone, and e-mail sales
• Leading and participating in training and personal development sessions
• Assisting with the development of rosters and training programmes
• Store merchandising and stock control
• Assisting with general store management activities
• Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies
