We’re looking for an experienced Outdoor Products Specialist who knows how to open doors, build lasting relationships, and turn great design into commercial success.

Kudos, a part of the Stratco group, are a trusted manufacturer and installer of high-quality louvres, shutters, blinds, and roofs for high quality homes and commercial properties around New Zealand. Due to business growth, we are looking for a high calibre individual to be based in Silverdale.

Your role

You’ll be developing and managing relationships with homeowners, builders and construction companies as well as architects, specifiers in the broader architectural community to develop and build a pipeline of Kudos and Stratco Outdoor Product solutions, ensuring our highly regarded brand remains the “product of choice”!

In addition, your scope of variety will encompass;

• Driving product sales and solutions that suit functionality, style and budget consideration.
• Collaborate with builders and homeowners, scoping and quoting on diverse projects including site liaison, preparing accurate proposals.
• Managing projects from early design intent through to delivery and completion
• Deliver product presentations that reflect Kudos’ and Stratco’s premium positioning
• Collaborating closely with internal technical, fabrication and install teams
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the market, design trends, and competitive landscape, representing the Kudos and Stratco range of outdoor product solutions at home shows and industry events.

The individual

For this key role, we’re seeking a person with proven experience selling high-spec architectural, building or construction products, possessing exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the outdoor landscape.
