We are seeking a Safety Advisor to be based in Bundaberg, supporting our manufacturing operations and installation activities through a visible, hands‑on approach to workplace safety. As Safety Advisor, you will support the implementation and ongoing improvement of WHS practices across multiple sites.Key responsibilities include: - Providing practical WHS advice across manufacturing and installation environments
- Conducting site inspections, risk assessments and hazard identification
- Assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Coordinating and delivering safety training and toolbox talks
- Supporting rehabilitation and return‑to‑work processes
- Maintaining WHS documentation, reporting and records
- Analysing safety data and assisting with audits and performance reporting
- Building strong relationships through a visible, on‑site presence
About You
You will bring:- Proven WHS experience, ideally in manufacturing or construction environments
- A practical, solutions‑focused mindset
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- Confidence working autonomously with operational teams
Qualifications & Requirements: - Certificate IV (or higher) in WHS
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
- High level of computer literacy
