Davin Industries is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. Operating from one of New Zealand's best-equipped sheetmetal fabrication facilities, Davin Industries combines state-of-the-art production technology with precision craftsmanship.

As our Customer Support Officer, your key duties will include:

• Entering sales orders and issuing work orders.
• Work closely with our GM, Sales and Customer services team members to ensure timely orders are accurately entered into the ERP system
• Liaise with technical and manufacturing departments on customer enquiries and order/delivery timelines
• Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and positivity!

We're looking for a person with a similar background, possessing excellent typing and data entry skills, a strong attention to detail, "top notch" customer service skills, along with the passion and energy for helping others and making a difference. Whilst not essential, any experience gained working in a technical/engineering organisation/environment would be well regarded.
