The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused Business Development Manager to join our Queensland team at Yatala. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team, supported by like-minded individuals to help you achieve your goals.

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development, identifying new markets and opportunities.
• Strengthen and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote Laser 3D..
• Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met to the highest standard.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning and execution.
• Competent in using computer systems and software relevant to project management sales operations.
• Strong customer service focus, with a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Experience in laser cutting and the steel industry is highly advantageous.
