• Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly
• Prepare and manage supplier payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements and AP balances
• Assist with month-end finance activities and reporting

We are seeking a professional and highly reliable Delivery Driver (with a Class 2 licence) who takes genuine pride in their work and understands the importance of delivering finished products to customers in the same exceptional condition they leave our factory. This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail, safe loading and transport practices, and a commitment to protecting customer orders throughout every stage of the delivery process. Success in this role will come from someone who treats every delivery as a reflection of Stratco's quality standards and reputation.

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:  

• Proven ability to handle and transport finished products with care

• Fabricate, assemble and finish products using mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
• Operate welding, fabrication and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer requirements
• Work closely with laser operators, folders and production teams to achieve daily production targets
• Maintain weld quality and consistency across high volume manufacturing runs
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace at all times

We are looking for a trade qualified welder who combines technical skill with a strong work ethic and team first attitude. You'll have:

• A trade qualification in Welding, fabrication or a related discipine
• Strong MIG welding experience
• The ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans
• Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication processes

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Powder coater to join a busy, fast-paced workshop known for quality workmanship and attention to detail.

We take pride in delivering durable, high-quality finishes — and we’re looking for someone who takes the same pride in their craft. Your expertise will enable you to undertake:

• Surface preparation, cleaning and masking
• Powder application across a range of finishes
• Manage colour changeovers ensuring zero cross contamination
• Oversee the surface pre-treatment (cleaning, washing, phosphating) of materials
• Maintain a clean and safe environment - troubleshooting powder spray booths, guns, reciprocators, wash tanks and curing ovens.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Proven experience as a powder coater, ideally from within a manufacturing environment
• Detailed understanding of powder coating application methods, chemical pretreatment processes and machinery
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a range of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) to achieve code standards for weld testing.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects
• Maintain a clean and organised work area 
• Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Safe operating focus with knowledge of welding safety procedures and standards
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding across all above materials.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Great team player

Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or a relevant trade qualification
Ability to read technical drawings
